With a range of different products and plans to further expand their UK operation, there is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation on the up.DescriptionThis position will primarily involve advising on a range of transactions (syndicated lending, bilateral lending, trade finance, supply chain finance), as well as providing wider regulatory advice to the business on the likes of the LIBOR, particularly inrelation to new product approvals.A UK-based position, this role will also offer the opportunity to work on international projects across Europe.ProfileThe successful financial services lawyer will have an understanding of the transactions and products relevant to the organisation, namely syndicated/bilateral lending agreements and supply chain finance.
