Job Description

Trade & Transaction Reporting Analyst x 3 Banking London TTRO MiFiR, EMIR, SFTRI have 3 new headcounts within a Trade & Transaction Reporting team within a thriving investment bank who are investing in their Trade & Transaction Reporting permanent team.We are solely seeking permanent Trade & Transaction Reporting Analysts as these roles will replace contract headcountRole details

  • Title- Trade & Transaction Reporting Analyst (QA & Business Analyst) TTRO
  • Levels- AVP
  • Permanent roles, salary £50,000- £65,000 across 3 headcounts
  • Location: London City (Bank St Pauls) and home working hybrid
  • Team: TTRO Trade & Transaction Reporting QA Analyst / Assistant Vice President/ VP
  • Reports to Trade and Transaction Reporting QA Manager

This role will track and analyse regulatory communications and updates across EMEA regulators regarding all trade and transaction reporting regulation and updates including European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), Markets in Financial InstrumentsRegulation and Directives (MiFID/MiFIR II) and Securities Financing Transaction Regulation (SFTR)As the Trade & Transaction Reporting Analyst, you will have a key role in determining the impact on the bank, and document detailed technical business requirements to support new requirements and reflect any required changes to a) ensure the organisation remains compliant and b) to increase efficiency and reduce risk.The key reporting transactions reports for you will be

  • Experience of participating in regulatory driven and/or systems project teams.
  • An in depth understanding of trade and transaction reporting obligations.
  • Working knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements, the banking products it impacts and prior experience of providing regulatory analysis and business requirements documentation
  • Knowledge of EMIR, MIFIR &/or SFTR regulations considered highly advantageous.
