This is a brilliant role for a KYC Quality Assurance Officer To act as an EMEA wide Quality Assurance Officer contributing to the first line of defence, in the three lines of defence model.The role is designed to improve the control within the Bank, by sample checking the work of the KYC / Sanctions and Transaction Monitoring teams, responsible for the onboarding and review of clients data, Sanction alerts and AML alert disposition.What is particularly exciting about this role is the real impact you will have to identify root cause systematic issues and recommend improvement initiatives such as additional training or changes to processes or procedure documentation.The success of this role will result in reduced control incidents raised by 2nd / 3rd line, and an upskilling in the quality consistency, and standardisation of Analysts and Checkers performing these roles.We need the skill set of Transaction Monitoring, Transaction Control and Sanctions experience as these will be key areas for your focusThis is a really interesting role, within a thriving team, and you will be able to see the results of your work every dayFor more information, and the chance to be considered, please do send through a CVRole requirements
  • Financial Crime / Sanctions / AML knowledge
  • Experience within a CDD / Sanctions or Transaction Monitoring team in a financial institution
