Job Description

What will you be doing Supporting the Operation with short and long term training requirements, creating new training and adapting current training in line with changes to policy and/ or procedures Providing SME guidance during training sessions Being solely accountable for the Induction and Accreditation of all new joiners into the operation including line management responsibilities Providing ongoing support with addressing knowledge gaps within the team and delivering Best Practice alongside team managers on an ongoing basis Managing Cross-skilling and Knowledge Sharing across the team Collaborating with Team Managers and Senior Leaders to ensure all activity is delivered in accordance with processes, procedures, and the control framework in place Ensuring all training materials are up to date and compliant with Group Policy Collating and reporting training and performance MI at weekly/ monthly senior stakeholder meetings What were looking for: Experience of delivering training, preferably within a Financial Crime or highly regulated business environment Ability to be a subject matter expert in Financial Crime and to have understanding of Financial Crime regulations and policies (AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption) Ability to develop, an excellent understanding of relevant systems (e.g. Customer System, Fullserve, SAM8, OEDQ and Central PEP Register) PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills to aid with the delivery of training and the evidencing and tracking of performance Skills that will help you in the role: Stakeholder management experience and the ability to communicate confidently both written and verbally across multiple stakeholder groups Experience in KYC Demonstrable ability to oversee a project and ensure a successful project lifecycle Good knowledge of operational risk requirements and standards applicable to the relevant processes and procedures Where will you be working Weve been in Scotland for 250 years, and our significance has never been as important as it is today.
