Job Description

Consult are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a global-leading organisation in the Hearing Implant space; the manufacturer have forged a reputation as a world leader, developing cutting-edge, implantable hearing solutions - helping restorehearing and connect people to a world of sound.Due to continued growth in the UK, we are now looking for a career-driven Audiologist with an NHS background to work in a highly specialist Professional Education role in the South East of England, travel required.This is a key role within the UK/I team to interact with CI/BAHA candidates and HCPs to mature the referral pathway and ensure greater consistency and accuracy - if you are an adaptable, clinical professional with a strong desire to develop your careerwith a global leading organisation, possessing a genuine passion for Audiology, this could be an interesting prospect for you.Responsibilities

  • Educate Health Care Professionals (HCP) within the hearing channel on CI and BAHA candidacy criteria to drive and support accurate referrals and measure effectiveness through brand growth
  • Manage candidate enquiries RE implantable hearing solutions (IHS) and provide direct support to Baha and CI candidates nurturing them through their hearing journey to implantation.
  • Provide on-site training for referral centres to educate on implantable hearing solutions including specific product features and benefits
  • Engage volunteer network to support both HCPs and candidates in the referral channel
  • Contribute ideas and collate feedback from meetings with different target groups
  • Coordinate projects efficiently and effectively with team members keeping within agreed budget
About You
  • Degree in Audiology - BSc/MSc/PhD
  • Over 3 years Audiology experience within the NHS
  • Project management experience (desirable)
  • Commercial acumen (desirable)
  • Demonstrable proactive, efficient and effective approach - able to work autonomously when required
  • Independent thinker
