Job Description

Job Title: Training & Development Lead Location: London Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Investment Bank & Cross Product Operations Front-to-Back Intelligent Automation programme - Intelligent Automation Workstream As Training and Development Lead, you will be responsible for building and owning a training curriculum for Citizen Developers, working with Business Group Coordinators and Technology Leads to align training requirements with organisation needs and availabilityof Low Code/No Code tools. You will be responsible for delivery of training, working in partnership with Technology specialists to deliver content. Your key responsibilities
  • You will work with key stakeholders to understand the training needs of their departments to support delivery of program benefits and strategic outcomes
  • Build on the existing Citizen Developer (CD) training curriculum and develop new modules / plans to ensure that organizational training needs are met
  • Work to improve the CD program content, operating model, standards, policies and best practices for successful Citizen Development
  • Co-ordinate with Technology leads to ensure that the training is aligned with the use and governance of existing Low Code/No Code technologies. Participate in feasibility studies relating to the introduction of new technologies that might be suited to thisuse
  • You will assist in the expansion of the CD program across the organisation, working within a Community of Practice, sharing and learning best practices
  • You will guide and mentor individuals in their CD journey, assessing use cases, offering advice on best practices and answering general question
Your skills and experience
  • A preference of 5+ years experience in building and delivering training curricula
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to commit and prioritize work duties and tasks
  • Excellent proven communication and documentation/presentation skills and fluent in English (written/verbal)
  • Working experience of Automation and Transformation programs and in using Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum / Kanban) preferred
  • Knowledge of Low Code/No Code tools such as MS Power Platform, Tableau, Python, Alteryx preferred
