Training Coordinator£24,903 - £26,548 per annum37 hours per week52 weeks per annumAbingdon CampusPermanentWe have exciting opportunity for a Training Co-ordinator within the OFSTED graded Outstanding apprenticeship department at Abingdon and Witney College.You will be responsible for managing a cohort of apprentices and workplace learning students from enrolment to timely completion.You will be required to liaise regularly between employers and delivery staff and, under the guidance of the Apprenticeship Managers,co-ordinate the delivery of training.A key part of this role will be to carry out effective progress reviews with learners and employers. You will be responsible for learners working within a group of subject/ sector areas. The role will require you to keepup to date with qualification, training and skills needs within those sectors and to use this knowledge to inform innovative delivery models that genuinely meet the needs of employers.
