Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainer/Mentor in PayrollHours: 37 hours per weekContract: Permanent Salary: £31,173 - £35,645 (Depending on qualifications and experience) Do you have a passion for PayrollDo you have the enthusiasm, drive, and ability to make a difference in students learning journeyDoes your current role lack a challengeDo you have the drive and desire to research and introduce new learning avenuesDo you want to work closely with apprentices and their employers to develop skilled professionalsDo you want to work for a college with over 50 years of teaching and learning experience within a friendly and professional team of specialist expertsYES You will need to be qualified in finance/payroll No teaching qualification is required but you must be willing to work towards and gain relevant teaching qualifications which will be sponsored and supported by the college. Experience in teaching preferably in Payroll/Finance would be an advantage but not essential. Experience in assessing for apprenticeships an advantage, but not essential. Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and qualityThis position is a joint teaching/workplace mentor role, working with both students and apprentices.
