The Role:As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant every day is different, day-to-day tasks can include:

• Identifying and headhunting suitable candidates for the clients requirements
• Growing your network
• Advertising new roles to entice talent
• Negotiating and selling

Our client has a structured career path to ensure that you reach your potential as quickly as possible.Candidate requirementsA Trainee Recruitment Consultant should posses most, if not all, of the following:

• Graduated with a degree from a top University - 2:2 or higher
• Excellent communication skills
• Money motivated
• Ambitious
• Resilient attitude
• Competitive (sporty background is a plus)

Earning potential

• Year 1 - OTE: £35k-£45k
• Year 2 - OTE: £45k-£60k
• Year 3 - OTE: £60k-£100k
• Year 4 - OTE: £100k +
