Job Description

Our client, a well-known, global recruitment consultancy, is looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Management Consultant to join their busy team. As a Trainee Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and placingtop-tier management candidates within their diverse client base. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop essential skills in candidate assessment, client relationship management, and the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior consultants in conducting thorough candidate searches through various sourcing channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate CVs to identify potential management candidates who match client requirements and organisational needs.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and career aspirations, while providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to develop effective recruitment strategies for specific management positions and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Assist in preparing candidates for interviews by providing comprehensive information about the company, position, and interview process.
  • Support in negotiating job offers and employment terms between clients and candidates.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and candidate tracking.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude, capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
