Job Description

Description of the Business Line or DepartmentThe Inspection and Group Audit Division conducts independent and objective audits reviews of all Group activities, providing assurance as to the effectiveness of operational controls. We advise on improvements and contribute to the creation of added value.We also assess the quality of risk management, the appropriateness and effectiveness of the permanent control framework, risk sensitivity of management, and compliance with codes of conduct and expected professional practices in line with the Third Line ofDefence. Summary of the key purposes of the roleThe purpose of the role is to issue and implement recommendations and solutions to identified issues and contribute to improving the Groups operational management and risk control, carrying out audit assignments aimed at ensuring the effectiveness of internalcontrol systems across the Group. Summary of responsibilitiesThe Trainee programme provides a fantastic opportunity for learning, development and progression within the Audit division. The Trainee will work with clients and colleagues from the start and will take part in projects that have a genuine positive impact onthe work of the Group. Our aim is to help build a more sustainable future through responsible and innovative financial solutions. The Trainee will work closely with the Head of Assignment to complete assigned audit work, and ad hoc audit tasks as appropriate. Profile requiredCompetencies

  • The ideal candidate will have a good basic understanding of Information Technology and Cybersecurity
  • A degree or equivalent is Computer Science, Information Security or Cybersecurity is advantageous
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English essential
  • Fluency in French advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to be adaptable and work well within a busy professional environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and computing skills
  • Ability to analyse and identify problems, offering solutions where appropriate
