The successful candidate will bring extensive experience, a deep understanding of industry dynamics, and a proventrack record in executive-level recruitment.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute executive-level searches for key positions within EdTech, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand leadership needs.
  • Utilise advanced headhunting techniques to identify and attract high-impact candidates, leveraging industry networks, databases, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
  • Manage end-to-end executive recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging talent to inform strategic executive recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a headhunter or executive recruiter, with a focus on education technology or related sectors is preferred but not required.
  • In-depth knowledge of EdTech executive roles, trends, and leadership requirements.
  • Proven track record in successfully placing executive-level candidates.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
