You will work closely with the Digital Workplace Services department to ensure smooth operations of end user tools and technical services. Profile requiredTo succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in IT, with a good understanding of communication platforms, telephony services, and cloud access platforms. Project Management Office experience is advantageous, and a basic knowledge of finance andinvestment banking will be beneficial. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising project teams, managing project deliverables, and maintaining good relationships with customers, peers, and providers. You will actively contribute to theformulation of the GTS Digital Workplace Services strategy and ensure adherence to standards and security guidelines.
