Trainee Data Analyst / Data Quality and Assurance Specialist who an eye for detail and the ability to work with high levels of accuracy and has good administrative and data entry skills is required for a well-established company.ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE CONSIDERED - MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLEIf you have some previous experience in analysing data, then great. This is achieved through analysis of waiting list data and provision ofconsultancy, technical solutions, and Turnkey Solutions to identify data quality issues, correct them, and gather data on the root cause, leading to sustainably improved data quality at the Trust. The company is also expanding their portfolio to provide solutionsto the key challenges faced by the NHS currently, supporting elective care recovery.As the Trainee Data Analyst / Data Quality and Assurance Specialist you will be organised with a logical mind, who will relish digging into the detail of patient pathways through a variety of different perspectives in order to build a full and accurate narrative.Then you will be able to apply a learned ruleset to that narrative and make a judgement of its accuracy against those rules, followed by enacting and documenting any required corrections in order to best and most accurately represent that pathway. If you aretarget and detail driven you can expect to excel in this manner of work.As the Trainee Data Analyst / Data Quality and Assurance Specialist you will be working remotely from home on supplied hardware which you will use to access Trust systems as required and authorised. From there you will be responsible for operating withinexpected standards of quality and accuracy, with a robust audit process in place to maintain assurance standards and supply feedback and further support as required. Supervision and management will also be provided remotely, and the best candidates will bethose who are able to accommodate and thrive in this working-from-home role.A full training program will be in place for all new candidates, a mix of in-person and remote designed to fully familiarise the successful applicants with the rules, processes and systems of the job, as well as their colleagues and overall nature of thebusiness.
