My client, a really friendly tier 1 IP Law Firm are looking 2 Trademark Administrator to join their busy IP team.The bandings are from £30,000 - £43,000. The successful Trademark Administrator will be required to legal and admin support department wide for the Partners and Fee Earners.Trademark Administrator experience or Trademark Paralegal experience is 100% necessary, please only apply if you have this experience.This is a wonderful opportunity for candidates to use their previous Trademark experience (1 year) to progress up the career ladder in this world class organisation.The successful Trademark Administrator will be required providing support to new or ongoing trademark projects which may include portfolio onboarding, coordination and management of international recordal and renewal projects.Preparation and filing application forms with related documentation for filing trademark; design;renewals; assignments; licenses; changes of name and other title details.Reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence to identify key information, statutory deadlines,timetables for future activity/requirements and other docketing details, and updating clients IP software database accordingly.Supporting portfolio on-boarding, including review of IP portfolio, data creation and data verification for critical fields and deadlines.Assisting due diligence related to trade mark and IP portfolios, including auditing of data from national IPO, local associates and other commercial databasesTo apply you MUST have 3 years minimum experience for the top end, as well as experience of WebTMS!If you think the above criteria sounds suited to you then please dont hesitate to get in touch with me.
