Job Description

Work that works for you Grant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients and alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team.Joining us in the Sustainability Reporting and Consulting teamWe provide reporting and consulting support to a wide range of corporates, across many industries. We help our clients to understand the regulatory and compliance issues facing their businesses, such as ISSB, CSRD, TCFD and TNFD, how they can effectivelyreport against these, as well as supporting clients deliver against their ambition.Skillswe’relooking for

  • Strong TNFD/Nature centric reporting and advisory/consulting experience, ideally through the deployment of the LEAP Approach set out in the TNFD framework within large corporate organizations.
  • Experience of developing Nature Transition Plans would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Experience in SBTN target setting.
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
OpportunityAs a TNFD/Nature Specialist working for Grant Thornton’s Sustainability Reporting and Advisory/Consulting team, you will be exposed to a variety of short to medium-term projects with our clients.Some example engagements will include reviews such as:
  • Supporting clients understand their initial TNFD/ISSB/CSRD reporting requirements and how to get started
  • Supporting clients implement the LEAP approach, providing Nature centric experience to help them in their journey through to effective reporting and, where appropriate, delivery of their ambition
  • Conducting Nature related value chain mapping and diligence
  • Supporting the implementation and review of SBTN targets and frameworks
  • Support the development and review of firms’ targets, KPIs and other metrics.
