Job Description

Financial Services firm, highly regarded with global presence, seeking to hire Third Party Risk AnalystDescriptionThe Third Party Risk Analyst will

  • Aid the Head of TPRM to design and implement holistic TPRM policy and procedure across the business ·
  • Working closely with associated departments to coordinate and implement a cross-functional solution
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to embed TPRM as a core part of the business process
  • Act as the first port of call for the London office on all TPRM matters
  • Efficient communication of newly executed policies
  • Track and monitor key metrics across the business to drive improved compliance and performance
ProfileThe Third Party Risk Analyst will need :
  • Strong working knowledge of implementation of end-to-end TPRM process and policies
  • Good knowledge of external TPRM tools and capabilities
  • Good understanding of the interdependency between TPRM, Legal, Compliance, Risk,
  • Procurement, Finance and other teams
  • Workflow automation experience to streamline current TPRM processes
  • Knowledge of regulation and legislation in the
  • TPRM space, particularly in the Finance sector
  • Practical experience of supplier relationship management, vendor management, procurement transformation
  • Knowledge of ERP and P2P tools such as Ariba, SAP, Workday, Netsuite.
  • Knowledge or experience acting as a system admin for GRC or TPRM tool (Process Unity)
