There has never been a better time to join EQ.Business AreaEQ has embarked on a Client to Cash (C2C) transformation covering all capabilities for an end-to-end journey from marketing, new business development, opportunity and contract lifecycle management, order to cash, and relationship management through to renewalsmanagement. As a result of acquisitions and growth, we currently have multiple ways of working, processes and systems which we are consolidating into a single global approach and platform based on Salesforce CRM, Conga Quote to Cash and Marketo.A programme team is being established to drive through this transformation, and the role of Test Lead will play a key part in this.Role Summary Reports to the C2C Product and Programme Director and works with other colleagues across the wider programme team to lead all testing activities related to the delivery of our global Client to Cash Salesforce / Conga platform. Accountable for ensuring successfultesting of all platform deliverables to ensure that the platform is implemented and reliably delivers functionality to all business users.Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Lead quality assurance and software testing, establishing the processes, standards and technical capabilities needed to ensure the quality of software delivered to our end users
• Provide subject matter expertise to the programme team on testing
• Develop and deliver testing capabilities, and drive the successful acceptance by end users of software delivery
• Plan, organise and report on testing phases of work across releases

• Applying active governance around quality, rules, standards and processes
• Assess, select and adopt key tools and frameworks to drive testing and automation at all levels
• Ensure that testing methodology is adhered to and all documentation is developed and maintained to agreed standards
• Guide, coach and mentor testers and ensure the desired quality is achieved
• Ensure delivery to agreed business objectives, requirements, schedules, costs and quality objectives.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

• Advanced experience of functional and non-functional, systems integration, data migration, regression, end-to-end, user acceptance testing and production acceptance testing

• Experience in defining multiple levels test approach, and defining and maintaining quality test scenarios and scripts using various design inputs, with knowledge of automation test techniques and tools desired
• Estimating and planning of test activities, and providing regular and accurate updates on testing progress
• Identifying and escalating any project risks and issues
• Utilisingrisk based test techniques to prioritise workloads, and for identification and creation of quality system defects
• Strong team and project lead experience in software testing experience

• Working experience of Agile project management methodology
• Experience of managing test requirements and defect notification through Azure DevOps or Jira
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to persuade, influence, challenge supportively and effectively where appropriate
• Experience of Salesforce and Conga platforms desired, or equivalent essential.
