Job Description

A leading historic central London organisation is looking for an immediate start DEI Specialist to work on a desk based review of diversity commitments across a 15 day period starting in January 2024.1. Brief: summaryTo deliver:

  • A desk-based review of five public commitments to address diversity, reviewing progress over the last three years, this could include discussion with Heads of Department looking at opportunities and challenges to address diversity, and inclusion, withintheir areas.
  • Online listening groups.
  • High-level report findings and recommendations.
They’d also like to explore the potential to work with the Membership EDI Working Group to look at addressing EDI in the membership.2. Delivery timelineThe delivery timeline is to be discussed as part of the commissioning process.
