Job Description

We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a training provider based in London, recruiting a Temporary Credit Controller on a 2-3 month assignment.The business are migrating onto a new accounting system and one of the existing team members has been pulled into testing so they need someone to backfill their day to day work until the system goes live.Hybrid: 1 day in the office (Tuesday), 4 days from homeRate: £30-40 p/h (inside IR35)The Role

  • Produce and distribute accurate sales invoices and customer statements, to organisations, in a timely manner
  • To effectively manage external and internal customer queries, so that the queries are resolved as soon as possible
  • Chase organisations for payment, with the aims of maximising the absolute amount of cash collected, minimising the days sales outstanding (DSO) and overdue debt
  • Process receipts from organisations, including allocating the receipts onto the customers’ accounts
  • Effectively manage external and internal customer queries, so that the queries are resolved as soon as possible
  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers
  • To demonstrate commitment to the provision of a high standard of customer service
  • Work in such a way as to minimise the risks to the information technology environment safely, securely and confidently
  • Have regard for your own actions and those of others in the interests of safety
  • To assist with other Accounts Receivable work as required
Your Profile
  • Experienced in Credit Control
  • Effective communicator - written & verbal
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Available on short notice
