Job Description

Telesales ExecutiveFluent Turkish - Online Gaming£28,000 - £32,000 + 20% bonusCity You will work towards building your own team and this role offers progression into aa management role within 12 months.My client, a well-established company in the city, who specialise in all aspects of online gaming, sports betting and casino industries, are looking for a Telesales Executive who speaks fluent Turkish with a clear Turkish accent and has a successful track recordsof sales.You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within Telesales with drive, ambition and motivation.THE ROLE:

  • Contact customers to generate new leads about CRM or adhoc campaigns and increase the customers base
  • Understand customers needs and persuade churned/risk of churn customers to do business with us again
  • Working closely with other teams (CS, CRM, Brand teams) to ensure smooth experience to customers at all times
  • Follow up and regenerate sales on old leads
  • Meet KPIs by ensuring telephone target sales are being reached (80120 calls per day)
  • Sales and financial reporting for a complete picture of results to help assess performance and profitability (ROI)
  • Developing your own telesales team
  • Managing KPIs of the client relationship team once in place
  • Keeping the team on track and supporting when needed
  • Sales reporting and follow up on results with Customer Service Manager and all relevant stakeholders
  • Be able to help the customer service department if needed
THE PERSON:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a Telelsales role
  • Native Turkish speaker and excellent English communication skills
  • Be comfortable in meeting customer and sales targets
  • Be able to create and maintain relationship with customers
  • Be able to motivate the customer services department with a winning sales personality
