Bond Solon is one of them!Over the last 25 years, Bond Solon have designed and delivered a range of award-winning training courses and qualifications targeted specifically at non-lawyers who are involved in the legal system in the UK and worldwide.Main Purpose of RoleIn this role you will have responsibility for increasing revenue and selling profitable training courses into the Expert Witness business area, but at the same time delivering customer satisfaction in the solutions that you are offering. If you have a real passion and drive for consultative sales and are looking for a warm sales role, this could be just the thing youre looking for to help you start your professional sales career.This is a 360-degree sales role that will entail you identifying new sales leads, engaging with potential clients and building rapport, liaising with existing clients to understand their training needs and to provide them with an appropriate training solution right through to closing the sale.The role is primarily telephone based, but you will also be required to meet face-to-face with new and existing clients on a regular basis when we are able.You will have full autonomy and accountability for the sales and promotion of our Expert Witness products and will develop into a subject matter expert with the support of your line manager and the rest of Bond Solon’s commercial team.This is a truly consultative sales role in which you will need to gather a clear understanding of the client needs at multiple stakeholder level as well as ensuring relationships are developed and managed effectively so you will need some experience in this area.Daily you will be:- Identifying sales leads and key decision makers- Spending a set period of time each day making outbound calls, and pitching our products and services to decision makers and influencers- Sending out a set number of information packs following sales pitches each day and following these up- Handling enquiries from clients and prospective clients- Matching the client’s needs with Bond Solon’s product offerings- Upselling and cross-selling into our existing clients- Working as part of the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets- Attending client meetings, conferences, and seminars- Providing existing and new clients with high levels of customer serviceSkills and Experience Required- A degree is desirable- Some telesales and experience of working in an office environment is essential- Experience of selling training products and events - desirable- Although we sell legal skills training, the audience for our courses are non-lawyers and we do not require our Sales Team members to have legal backgrounds."We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity"
