Job Description

twentyAI are a technology and data business who provide talent services. This means we are different to a traditional business in the recruitment sector. We are driven by data and powered through proprietary technology capability. This allows for AI enablementand an innovative and unique evolution of a total talent solution, to stand alone from traditional recruitment and consulting services.We are looking for delivery consultants to join our established Technology practice. The team specialise in providing senior appointments and interim consulting services across the breadth of front-end, back-end and full stack Software Engineering.You can expect to work on mandates for clients across multiple sectors including Technology, Commodities and VC/PE Portfolio.As a delivery consultant you will be required to:

  • Utilise multichannel headhunting and candidate generation techniques to identify and target niche skill sets
  • Build and maintain a candidate database, deploying successful coding tactics to ensure access to relevant candidates
  • Use social media to its fullest to attract, connect and speak with best in class candidates
  • Become a specialist in understanding technology market trends/movers alongside multi-sector domain knowledge for market mapping to provide clients with high quality profiles for projects
  • Obtain referrals for best in class candidates
  • Qualifying candidates to establish candidate suitability and create shortlists whilst also obtaining leads and commercial information
  • Nurture and protect client relationships throughout live processes
  • Ensure sufficient updates and regular contact with relevant clients for mandates
Background needed to be successful:
  • A demonstrable track record of delivering high calibre candidates into distinguished clientele
  • experience working in a delivery capacity across technology verticals (data or software engineering is desirable)
  • Experienced in deploying various candidate generation techniques as outlined above
  • Successfully managed multiple open mandates
  • Experience of networking through clients and candidates (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Innovative in ways to find the best talent
