Lead on technical changes across the Microsoft 365 toolset and govern technical configuration decisions
Act as a subject matter expert being the first point of contact for advising on change and communication strategies with technology and data projects
Lead the approach to technology adoption that is underpinned by the organisation
Build successful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation and technology directorate demonstrating a clear understanding of the businesss needs
Work collaboratively with the wider technology and data functional teams to ensure change management and communications are embedded into project plans
Evaluate and champion new technology developments within the Microsoft 365 toolset, developing better ways of efficiency through the use of technology

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Possess an in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 toolset with experience in developing governance frameworks and best practices for the Microsoft 365 stack
Strong experience in maximising productivity through efficiently using technology underpinning excellent technology adoption
Experience in defining strategies and leading on technical change, from gaining buy in, to planning and seamless execution
Strong experience focused on meeting end user requirements
Possess good stakeholder management skills, having the ability to talk tech with technical teams and members around the organisation
