Technical Support Analyst £55k (12 Months FTC) My client based London is looking for a hands on Technical expert to join their team. You will need to be available to start in the next 2 weeks.Essential*Experience of supporting MS SharePoint Online and Azure hosted applications*Experience of using development and deployment tools such as Visual Studio, Azure portal, SQL Server Management studio, Azure storage explorer etc.*Experience of supporting in an Office 365 and Azure environment*Proven experience of working in a multi-disciplined support environment, supporting multiple applications and infrastructure services.*Experience in a technical infrastructure role*Experience with management of infrastructure within Azure*Experience of working within the Office 365 platform, ideally with Exchange Online and Skype for Business Online / Teams*A proven track record of implementing service impacting changes from analysis, scoping, design, planning and deployment*Good stakeholder management and hands on delivery experience in a similar environment would be beneficial but is not essential*Experience of working within an ITIL environment and PRINCE 2 methodologiesPlease apply now.
