Job Description

Do you have comprehensive knowledge and direct experienced of managing small to medium stock condition surveys on a planned basis while managing the expectation of stakeholder relationshipsIf so our client within the Public Sector based in East London is currently recruiting for a Technical Project Officer to join their Damp and Mould team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with theideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a Building Surveying environment. The RoleKey purpose of the role is to support the current D&M team by reviewing survey reports and to arrange work orders or follow-on inspectionsKey responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure delivery of all aspects of the condition surveyor reports and actions
  • Support consultation procedures
  • Identify Issues
  • Escalating complex problems when required
The CandidateTo be considered for this role you will require a relevant professional qualification in HND/HNC/Degree in Building SurveyingThe below skills would be beneficial for the role:
  • 2 Years in Social Housing Environment
  • In depth understanding of social housing repairs
  • Troubleshooting
  • Planning & Reporting
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £250 - £260 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
