Project Manager- building operations/networkingLondon (2-3 days per week)Up to £85,000We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interimor project basis into our clients organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations!Forming a core part of the Data and Technology team working alongside the Data and tech & Building Operations Teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of various Data and technology projects within operational transformation Programmes. This role willreport to the Head of Lifestyle for Data and Technology. Key Responsibilities:* Determine and define project scope and objectives* Define Success Criteria, associated KPIs and tracking methods* Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner* Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements* Track project costs in order to meet budget* Develop and manage Project schedules and work plan* Provide Programme and Project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress* Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution* Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement* Technical Network & System deliveryKey Skills/experience:* 5-8 years of Programme/project management and related experience* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred* Technical Systems delivery experience* Strong Networking skills - network changes etc.* Ideally building operations background* Proven ability to solve problems creatively* Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices* Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle* Experience of delivering customer facing services and rolling out pilots with clear measures of success* Excellent analytical skills* Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful* Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline* Broad Senior Level project / programme delivery experience in a large complex / real estate / financial services /retail organisation/facilities management* Experience of managing in a matrix management structure* Strong communication / stakeholder management skills with experience of working with Senior Managers / Directors.* Confident nature with proven experience of leading and chairing meetings.* Strong working knowledge of Excel / PowerPoint.* Highly organised, methodical and structured thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail* A self-starter with good creative skills.
