Were partnering with a start-up in the Sustainability, Tech for Good sector who are looking to appoint a Technical Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead their digital product ecosystem forward, driving growth and scalability. This is a Remote First business, so youll be working from home connecting with your colleagues daily on Teams. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and an appreciation of what it takes to drive momentum into a start-up team, combined with proven experience of developing digital product from concept to launch. The Product is a B2B2C proposition and includes APIs, payment capability, workflow platforms and partner integration.Youll lead a team of two Product Owners, manage a highly effective off-shore Development team and importantly be a key partner to the Founder and CEO, both incredibly experienced business leaders. This is both a strategic and hands on Product Manager role and hugely exciting given the mission and impact the Product will deliver back to our earth! The Technical Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:*Work with internal and external stakeholders to define the product roadmap*Develop the Product vision and roadmap*Analysing the needs of the customer/business and creating user stories and acceptance criteria*Backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories*Lead the product delivery including release planning and expectation management*Develop the product teamYoull bring the following experience to the role of Technical Product Manager / Senior Product Manager*Experience as a Product Manager working within a software or development environment, with exposure to the full product lifecycle*You will have worked closely with external development teams and vendors to senior stakeholders to deliver a product plan*You have vision and can identify opportunity or foresee challenges and know how to manage these within the Product development plan*Solid understanding of, and familiarity with, common technical concepts when deploying enterprise software*Experience in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycleThis is a role for a Product Manager with passion who is looking to build a product, and business, which will truly make a difference.
