Job Description

We are currently recruiting for the role of a Technical Product Manager. Our client is creating a state-of-the-art software platform and product suite, soon to be launched in 13 countries! Their team consists of skilled cross-border softwarebuilders, and their leadership includes accomplished individuals from Amazon, Microsoft, and other major tech players!What You Can Expect

  • Work Type - Permanent
  • Salary - Up to £85k plus bonus
  • Location - Fully remote (either the UK, Spain, Portugal, or the Netherlands)

Main Responsibilities as a Technical Product Manager
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in the creation from scratch of one of the most cutting-edge, scalable, and adaptable technological platforms, which will provide their customers and partners the best user experience in financing their mobilitysolutions.
  • Create and deliver a vision and roadmap including defining and maintaining product roadmaps to aligned with overall product strategy and outcomes.
  • Ensure successful delivery of initiatives listed in the product roadmap including meeting key milestones and delivering tangible results.
  • Promote quantitative and qualitative insights to make decisions and measure success.
  • Conduct user research to inform product requirements, design, strategy, and direction.
  • Define the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences.
  • Lead on the specification, selection and implementation of new software and features.
  • Collaborate with product developers and software engineers to find simple solutions to complex problems.
Core Experience & Skills Required
  • Substantial experience as a product manager for enterprise software products
  • Well versed in building commercially successful technology products.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Knowledge and experience with human-centred design principles.
  • High degree of organisation, initiative, and personal accountability.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.
  • Experience with collaboration, communication, and project management tools (e.g. Slack, Trello, JIRA, GitHub/Gitlab)
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and make trade-offs.
  • Proficiency in the use of product analytics tools.
