A major investment bank client im working with is looking for a Technical PM/Scrum Master role within the Global RTC Compliance Assurance team at a major investment bank.Role Overview:Join a collaborative team responsible for sustaining Compliance Assurance controls in the collaboration and productivity space. As a Technical PM/Scrum Master, youll play a pivotal role in driving optimal solutions and maintaining development pipeline velocity.Key Responsibilities:- Exemplify Agile methodology, supporting cross-functional teams.- Manifest functional and non-functional requirements with technical domain experts.- Organise and direct development resources efficiently.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.Must-Have Experience:- Several years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with Agile proficiency.- Proven track record as a Scrum Master, guiding concepts from inception to delivery.- Strong technical acumen in SQL, Splunk, Python environments.- Ability to coordinate and deliver multiple product streams concurrently.Desired Attributes:- Proactive mindset for changing priorities and competing stakeholders.- Commitment to excellence and continuous progress.- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.If you are passionate about delivering quality solutions within a collaborative environment, I encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
