Company: Live Nation EntertainmentDepartment: EcommerceLocation: Pentonville Road, LondonReports to: Head of Ad Operations, InternationalContract Type: Full-time, Maternity CoverThe London based International Ecommerce Division for Live Nation Entertainment is looking for a Maternity cover for a Technical Lead Media Services to join the Ad Services team, where they will work across the company’s exciting online portfolio of websites, giving support for International advertising campaigns.Responsible for managing and analysing the performance of all their digital advertising technology stack.   • Proven Experience of working within Ad Operations and data
  • Publisher side experience is preferential though not prerequisite
  • Experience working with ad operation technologies.
  • Experience working within a media agency, ad tech provider
  • Strong knowledge of multiple platforms such as Ad servers, TMS and Web Analytics.
  • Experience using the following is highly desirable: Google DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Google Tag Management platforms
  • Understanding of how the Online Marketing channels are working
  • Have good Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate of good knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience of working with an Ad Serving platform (DFP preferred)
  • Experience of using developer tools such as Charles and experience of inspecting elements on pages
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Understanding the user journey and the consumer flow
  • knowledge of the data privacy platforms preferred but not mandatory

  • What the role includes
  • Ensure best in class system operations of digital technology efficiency, including in -house and 3rd party technology platforms.
  • Maintain optimal system performance and carry out tasks such as tagging, tracking technologies, web analytic and monitor technology performance.
  • Build & maintain a best in class knowledge system of industry digital technical knowledge for reference and to enable thought leadership throughout the business.
  • Ensuring data accuracy when collecting information from internal and external systems.
  • Providing the Digital Operations team and client portfolio with a consistent system of digital technical knowledge training
  • Work with internal product managers and design teams to aid in the production of new products for our clients
  • Work with data and Analytics team to optimise the sites and ensure the correct dada flow
  • Work with external agency with the audits of the websites
  • Work with Ad ops team to ensure best practises and data collections
  • Set up of GTM tracking when needed
  • Working with the external and internal partner to develop the technology strategy and stack for Live nation International
  • Monthly KPI reporting
  • Attending regular products and websites meetings
  • Creation and management of the workflow documents to support the team
  • Ad testing new and existing products
  • Working on data privacy set up
  • Coach and advise local digital teams and agencies on the best practices to build new websites
  • GA audit and set up for existing and new sites
