  • A brilliant engineer and system architect, comfortable with building complex applications and services on any type of infrastructure.
  • Know a myriad of best practices and able to come up with clever solutions to problems easily.
  • Someone who is constantly thinking about how software development can be improved, in terms of code, practices, and process
  • A Tech Lead that is curious about the business of tech, with an understanding of how products go to market, as well as what makes some fail and others succeed.
  • Able to communicate in both the most complex of terms (where technical language can help the undestanding among techies) and the simplest terms when communicating an idea to a non techie)
  • A Tech Lead who is interested in other departments and job roles that make up organisation and realise that technology is but one factor in the success of most ventures.
  • A Tech Lead that has led a team that consistently delivered value to customers, by instilling in the team values such as focus, qyality and dedication
  • Believes in the value of insight and will assist in building a tech and company culture around data-led decisions
    • The Role They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Tech leader who has at least 6 years of experience and has extensive exposure to agile processes, great development practices and can take a software project from concept to delivery and beyond. You have led a high-performing team that has proven itself consistently.Responsibilities include:
  • Coaching the development team and enabling their improvement by pair-programming, reviewing and communicating often
  • Managing the team to get the best out of them
  • Improving planning, process, estimation, and development methodologies
  • Owning the successful delivery of applications
  • Helping to craft technical solutions
  • Evaluating new technology and making recommendations on solutions
  • Reporting progress at regular intervals internally with the CEO and externally with clients
  • Helping craft the company’s long term technology strategy including how and where they can make an impact
