Job Description

Technical Delivery ConsultantRemoteUp to £30,000Our client, a cloud-based employee management platform, are looking for a strong communicator and IT whizz to join their team as a Technical Delivery Consultant. They are offering the remote on a 100% remote basis, but must be based within the UK. They areexperiencing an exciting period of growth, so this is a fantastic time to join them for the ride!Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Project Manager to identify the customers system implementation requirements.
  • Translate the requirements into a proposed solution and manage the implementation through to completion.
  • Build confidence in the system by demonstrating understanding of business challenges and proposing more efficient implementation options.
  • Build customer knowledge in the system by delivering training and providing coaching/guidance when required.
  • Challenge requirements where appropriate to ensure effective and efficient.
  • The implementation could include:
o System configuration, including setup of customer environmentso Configuration of the required access roles and permissionso Creation of templates including online forms, email, SMS and Word using HTML, CSS and AngularJS.o Creation of workflows using JSON which guide the user through their business processo Importing of employee, organisation or case related data into the systemSkills and Knowledge:
  • Analytical and logically minded.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Diligence and attention to detail to ensure work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to deliver to a deadline.
  • Able to communicate clearly, confident in asking questions and raising issues as they occur.
  • Confident to challenge or put forward alternative solutions or approaches.
  • Experience of using HTML and Visual Studio Code would be advantageous.
  • An understanding of and/or experience of using JavaScript.
  • Experience of using Word such as creating documents with tables, mail merge skills would be beneficial.
