The role is for a Technical Business Analyst to join the ForexClear Developer team within LCH and report into the Senior BA.ForexClear is a FX clearing service running on a Murex 3.1 platform and in house Java application operating on 24 x 5.5 model. The role will help drive design solutions on both application stacks for the on going Murex platform upgrade taking into consideration the existing live services.The individual will be expected to liaise closely with both the end users (Risk team, Ops team, etc) and other LCH central teams including the FXC Technology teams. The BA must be able to understand, document and design solutions based on the end users requirements which will help drive the implementation. Where necessary the BA will look to address possible performance impact on new deliverables and help drive the most efficient solution.Individual must be disciplined in adhering to the company and ForexClear standards in documentation, development, testing and change management. They will liaise and coordinate with senior business users and other technology areas.Like all clearing houses, ForexClear is heavily regulated and as such the BA role will often be exposed to regulatory work to ensure any solution meets our regulations.ForexClear has undergone an Agile transformation and therefore the role will need to adapt to our agile philosophy and methodology working in scrums and Kanban teams. They will be expected to adopt and demonstrate our agile values and participate in agile ceremonies with a strong emphasis on our VSM plan.Key Requirements
