As a Barclays Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading technical business analysis activities for Transaction Monitoring solutions, assisting the Programme Manager in accomplishing programme goals, and supporting business objectives.In this role, you will be using your excellent relationship management and communication skills to work closely and collaboratively with senior stakeholders. What will you be doing Partnering with TM Product Owners in Financial Crime in leading end-to-end technical business analysis and change management activities for TM solutionsInterpreting and documenting business requirements, producing deliverables for all change phases This includes from initiation through to closure, whilst identifying/ communicating any constraints or limitationsUpholding and advancing all project governance processesActing as a central coordination point for senior stakeholdersProviding regularprogress updates for all standalone initiatives, where responsibleDerive strategic direction for activities, in the form of principles, guidance, or approach What were looking for:Proven analytical ability within technical business analysis or changemanagement, with a history of producing high quality project deliverablesProblem analysis skills with the ability to breakdown and logically display the problem and the conceptual problem in a precise manner with attention to detailExperience of workingin a global environment, managing change across multiple business lines and experience of refining governance frameworks within an agile environmentExperience of process documentation and proven ability to work effectively either independently and as ateam member Skills that will help you in the role:Experience of AML/ TM within a Financial Services environment, with knowledge of TM solutionsPolished written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to liaise across Financial Crimeand IT focused stakeholders, up to Director levelKnowledge of Database structures, data models, data points in Transaction Monitoring relating to Actimize would be advantageousRelevant technical business analysis, change management, and/ or domain qualifications,e.g. PRINCE2 or ICA Advanced Certificate/ Diploma in Anti Money Laundering Where will you be working Weve been in Scotland for 250 years, and our significance has never been as important as it is today.
