An award-winning design led architecture and interiors practice is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technician / Technologist who can support the detailed design from concept through to construction and provide technical support for the studio. Theyhave a passion for contemporary, sustainable design and work on bespoke projects in varied sectors and scales across London, the UK and overseas - from their beautiful central London studio - and also remotely.We are recruiting for a Technical Architect to join their vibrant and experienced construction team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician with minimum 3 years - ideally 6 years, professional and comprehensive constructionand later stages experience. You will have knowledge at generating creative design at all stages of projects and have a real passion for preparing technical design and specification information for construction, with the ability to take responsibility forprojects into and post planning and delivery alongside Project Architects and within the project team.Good communication skills are required, managing and fostering strong, productive relationships with clients, consultants and contractor teams.A passion for sustainable design and architecture is a must as is direct working knowledge of all RIBA work stages especially post planning application into construction, good working knowledge of specification writing would be beneficial as well as coordinatingdesign information within the BIM environment.
