The Specialist Adolescent Support Hub (SASH) works exclusively with young people aged 11 to 18 years focusing on: Child Sexual Exploitation Child Criminal Exploitation Family Breakdown- preventing children becoming Looked After Young People Missing from Home Young People at risk of radicalisation Children becoming Looked After Rehabilitating Young People home after a period of being Looked After Working with young People in the CriminalJustice System To support the SASH (Referral & Exploitation) HUBThe current Team Manager has established the team. Due to their now moving on the team is ready to build on the established practice and take the team onto the next stage of development.You willbe a qualified Social Worker educated to degree level (or equivalent) and registered to practice with Social Work England. Note: please do not apply if you are not a qualified Social Worker.You will be an experienced Social Worker with excellent knowledgeof contextual and safeguarding matters affecting young people and their families. Proven ability of dynamic practice working in a changing and challenging landscape. You will have experience of managing staff and of working in a multi-agency setting and ofdeveloping and supporting staff. You will have solid IT skills which you will be expected to demonstrate as part of your interview.
