Turning Point’s drug & alcohol services are currently expanding during a really exciting time in the sector withnew funding and investment.As a Team Manager you will assist in delivering Turning Point’s Substance use strategy within a Multi-disciplinary service which reflects our person centred values and the high levels of ambition we have both for the recovery of the individuals for whomwe provide support and the development of our own staff.As a Team Manager we offer a starting salary of £35,831 + £3,633 IWL rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £41,917 + £3,633 ILWper year.
