My client is a medium sized Chartered Wealth Manager based in Central London and due to restructuring of the IFA Support team, are looking for an experienced Team Leader for the IFA Administration team.The role is managing a small team of IFA Administrators, it is essential that the successful candidate has people management experience within an IFA Administration team. As a Team Leader, coaching and developing, improving processes is an integral partof your role. You must have demonstrable experience working as a Team Leader in IFA Administration with knowledge and experience across all areas of IFA support. You will be leading by example and delegating workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and work isproduced to a high standard. You will conduct one on one meetings and the wider team.
