Adopting a "whole family" approach", this comprehensive service will deliver an end to endintegrated rehabilitation and resettlement support programme to prisoners and their children and families from first night in custody to six months following release from prison.About you:This post will manage a small team of staff, prisoner Pact Championsand volunteer befrienders involved in the delivery of prisoner assessment, the development of Family Care Plans, prisoner and family support, and casework in prison and in the community.
