Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity with one of our top clients. A private equity firm is looking for a Team Assistant to join them on a 12-month contract. This will be a busy role supporting up to 8 of their partners, working as part of a close-knit businesssupport team. Theyre a really supportive company and bounce off one another. They are looking for someone friendly, organised and willing to get involved.A background in financial services is ideal, but attitude and at least 2 years experience in an administrative role is key. Theyre based near Piccadilly Circus and youre expected into the office 5 days a week, along with the rest of the support team, ofwhich there are 7.They are looking for someone to start ASAP, paying up to £45k (DOE) and the hours are 9am-6pm. This is a great opportunity to grow and progress at a fantastic company.What youll do:

  • Provide administrative support to all levels from executives to partners
  • Management of multiple diaries
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, letters and memos
  • Organise travel arrangements
  • Preparation of expense claims using online system
  • Keep CRM database up-to-date
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks
  • Support to other admin assistants, including annual leave cover
Who you are:
  • At least 2-3 years experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attitudehappy to muck in wherever required
  • Team player, friendly and approachable
  • Good multi-tasker
  • Strong communicationboth written and verbal
  • Discrete, professional and organised
