Job Description

Team Coordinator - 6 month initial contract - £32,000 - £36,000 pro rataA wonderful opportunity to join an International Consultancy as their Team Coordinator, on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.This is an office-based position nearLondon Bridge and to start in April 2024.Benefits include: 25 days holiday annual entitlement, annual discretionary bonus, 5% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, weekly French lessons, annual profit share scheme, Sports & Social Club The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate team assistant/coordinator experience within a deadline/project driven environment from the Professional Services or Consultancy industries. A flexible attitude and happy to turn your hand to whatever task is needed, as well as a high attention to detail. Strong administration skills, includingnote taking, to produce reports from handwritten drafts, as well as being able to manage data and produce financial information and invoices. Organising national and international travel. This is a super opportunity for an experienced project team coordinatorto join this sociable and collaborative organisation.As an integral member of the support team, the team coordinator role is varied, and responsibilities include:Supporting Market Sector Heads with diary and meeting management supportLiaising with employees, subconsultants and clients based in the UK and internationallyProject administration - creating and maintaining spreadsheets, systems and processesDelivering chargeable project work where possibleBooking routine and complex travel and organising visasDrafting routine and sometimes complex documentation eg contracts, reports, briefing papers and presentationsAttending meetings and taking notesManaging office supplies and ordering stationery, kitchen equipmentSharing receptionist duties with the rest of the administrative team, taking calls and meeting guestsOrganising lunches for meetings; organising company and client hosting eventsAn exciting opportunity for an experienced team coordinator to join this successful International Consultancy within a supportive, inclusive and friendly officeIDA Recruitment Ltd specialises in office support recruitment across London.
