Job Description

We are recruiting for a fantastic new role working for a boutique investment firm based in London’s West End. They are a lovely, close-knit team looking for a new switched-on member to join them. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with theEA, supporting the CEO and Board. There will be numerous projects to get involved with and this role will suit someone who is keen to get stuck into a busy and fast paced role.This is a hybrid role, where you will be based from their stunning central Londonoffices 3 days per week and have the option to work remotely the remaining 2 days.What You Will Do:-This role will see you take on a range of responsibilities working closely with the EA and team. This includes:

  • Complex travel coordination for the team
  • Assisting with diary management across different time zones
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks
  • Preparing for Board meetings
  • Taking and distributing company meeting minutes
  • Assist with other office ad hoc duties
