Job Description

In this role you will be working collaboratively with other team members to provide administrative support to various investment desks (Multi Asset, Responsible Investment, LDI/Solutions, Multi Manager and ad hoc to business management/investment support).

  • Working as part of a team to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the Investment teams in our care, ensuring workload is equitably divided
  • Managing shared team mailbox and calendar, dealing with work requests within prescribed deadlines
  • Assisting key individuals with 1:1 support as needed, managing diaries and ensuring their work, travel and other priorities are met
  • Ensuring regulatory, Compliance, Risk and other governance requirements are adhered to
  • Acting as point of contact for queries or issues arising
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with all admin teams and others across the business.
Key capabilities:
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint); prior use of Ariba (invoices) and/or SAP Concur (travel and expenses) an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Well organised; good attention to detail; ability to prioritise and reassess workload to meet changing or conflicting demands
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to work alone and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to respond positively and be adaptable to change
