Global Alternative Asset Manager is looking for Tax Director to join their International Tax team based in London. This is a Tax Advisory role with some elements of higher level tax compliance & reporting as well as tax risk. This is a highly engagingand collaborative company where no matter where you sit within the business you are seen as a key part of its continued success and development. The tax team and this role are evidence of this and subsequently this hire is a key role as part of their continueddevelopment. Key focus: tax advisory in relation to acquisitions and structuring international tax new legislation implications investor questions - fund formation treaty platforms investment structuring/ restructuring This truly is a great role for a Manager/Senior Tax Manager looking to take on more responsibility and quite possibly make that step in-house having decided Partnership may not be your future. Due to the highly technical nature of the role and also the funds focus, you will need to have proven Taxtechnical understanding whether through CTA, ADIT or similar. Additionally qualified ACA/ CA ideally.The work the team does whilst based in London is highly international so experience across multiple countries and jurisdictions will be highly valuable inthe role.
