My client is looking for a Talent Engagement Manager that is able to work in French to join them for 6 months.We are looking for someone who has a strong background within a corporate in-house recruitment team. Experience in FMCG or Luxury business would be an advantage.Either French or German language capability is essential.Experience of operating in an international matrixed organisation, managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region and championing diverse shortlists of candidates in a fast-paced environment would also be an ideal requirement.The preferred candidate will have exceptional consultative skills and be able to influence action and change with stakeholders as well as an ability to listen but also persuasively convey opinions and recommendations.Details: - Day rate £255.00- 6 month contract- Inside IR35- UK based French speaker- ASAP Start- Must have internal recruitment experience
