Job Description

Job Purpose Working as part of a global Talent development team as a key contributor to the delivery of the AXA IM Talent Development (TD) agenda, driving the achievement of our mission to continuously develop our organization to be ready for today and tomorrow. We contributeto this ambition by channeling employee performance to the right direction, segmenting our approach to peoples development and engagement, while building at AXA IM scale a self-learning organization. Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the identification, implementation and evaluation of all development needs and solutions for some AXA IM Business Unit (BU) worldwide.
  • Responsible for employee development in some geographies.
  • Partnering across HR and with the HRBP team to identify and implement TD vision and solutions.
  • Encouraging employees and managers to take accountability of their own development by implementing and promoting development experiences and tools in the BUs under scope.
  • To have shared responsibility for the global L&D budget and full responsibility for in-scope Bus and countries of this role, managing this closely and ensuring it is spent in line with strategic priorities.
  • Working with the team to manage the operational aspects of all internal development including marketing the programs, drafting the invitations, processing invoices, ensuring full capacity on programs, input into the LMS (Cornerstone on Demand), advisingparticipants and acting on evaluation data.
  • Managing external solutions as required; working with the provider to book the session, input into the LMS, managing the invoice and any other tasks required for the set-up of the development activity for the participant, examples are CFA qualifications,conferences, and technical courses.
  • Leading and/or contributing to global TD initiatives and projects such as Leadership development projects, Management development program, regulatory e-learning implementation, mentoring program, academies and other activities as they arise.
  • Contributing to global reporting, dashboards and KPIs across the Talent Development activity and creating reporting as required to ensure impact monitoring of our actions.
  • Partnering with other AXA entities on a country basis to collaborate at a local level on global initiatives.
Your ProfileExperience and Qualifications Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field.
Experience :
  • 5-10 years experience in Talent development and more especially in Learning & Development. Having been working in a financial services organization is a plus.
  • Previous experience of using an HRIS tools for the following process LMS, Performance, Talent management - knowing Cornerstone on Demand Learning module and/or Oracle Fusion performance module is a plus.
  • Experience in working in a global and multicultural organization, supporting a diverse customer group is key for the role.

  • Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with a diverse customer base and being at ease connecting with people from different level of the organization.
  • Good stakeholder management, to decode individual and group dynamics and to influence.
  • Capacity to quickly understand BU vision, strategy and challenges to be able to relate to it to take proper decisions and be proactive.
  • Effective prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
  • Good industry and market knowledge of high-quality learning providers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, interpret and act on information promptly and effectively.
  • Curious and with a genuine enthusiasm towards the topics related to people development.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active, with the ability to work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines.
  • Intellectual agility to be able to quickly move from one strategic discussion to a logistical step-up implementation.
Technical Skills :
  • Ability in project management.
  • Strong ability to design a learning offer in order to match with business needs and learning solutions.
  • Strong understanding on how to leverage data.
  • At ease with HRIS systems and digital tools in general.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Competent user of Excel and PowerPoint to work fast and deliver impactful analysis or presentations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Professional fluency in French or German would be a plus. .
