Job Summary To provide customer-centricTalent Acquisition (TA) support services to the TA team, the business, and the wider PX function - Administering all elements of the Recruitment life cycle including Recruitment Administration, Interview Scheduling and Logistics, and Referencing (includingSIMR, CIFAs and SIRA checks for new joiners across all job grades) whilst adhering to Canada Life HR policies and procedures. Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure all TA systems, customer data and systemic processes are up to date andaccurate and key risks within TA Support are controlled and regulations adhered to. What youll do Act as first point of contact for line managers, candidates and agency partners for any TA related queries, ensuring a customer-centric right first time approach,responding to all enquiries within the TA remit, using in-depth knowledge of the Recruitment Process. Where appropriate, refer enquiries to TA Partners to facilitate an answer to the customer. Management of the new joiner vetting process via the external vettingprovider. Triggering the requests, liaising with the new joiners, and providing regular updates to the TA Partners in the status of the new joiners in the vetting process. Ensuring that candidates, line managers and the TA Partners are kept up to date andthe colleague and candidate experience is exceptional. Maintain the accuracy Success Factors Recruitment and Onboarding Modules where required, responding in a timely and efficient manner to requests from the TA Partners ensuring that GDPR activity is fullyembedded within the TA Team and that ongoing activity is actioned in adherence with these regulations. To provide both proactive and reactive support to the TA Partners including; collating offer packs for candidate offers, posting roles within the SuccessFactors system and third party job boards, and providing candidate feedback from interviews form time to time. Support TA Partners to coordinate interviews, managing interviewer diaries and availability in line with the candidate availability, sending Outlookinvitations and other communications and arranging interview space and other logistics as and when required schedules (coordinating the participants, space and any required equipment and technology) while ensuring that the candidate and hiring manager experienceis seamless, timely and professional at all times. Support TA Programme Specialist by managing key tasks within creative projects and reviewing existing TA methods and processes. Identify and suggest improvements to enhance, streamline and embed revised practiceswithin the Success Factors Recruitment and Onboarding Modules. Skills/Experience Required Knowledge of basic employment law, and recruitment best practices Wider basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures Previous experience in a Recruitment Administration/Servicedelivery team Experience of using Applicant Tracking databases such as SAP Success Factors.
