Job Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and manage the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers, advertising job openings, sourcing and attracting candidates through to offer stage whilst promoting diversity and inclusion within our teams. A successful Recruiter will continue to reinforce MFS as a strong employer brand to ensure we continue to provide a positive candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaboration with Managers and Business Leaders to design and implement overall recruiting strategy for identifying and recruiting potential hires. Lead, drive and support all Diversity and Inclusion strategies related to recruitment. Ensures positions are posted to appropriate job boards / databases/ colleges etc. in line with federal and state guidelines and company policy. Coordinates and executes minority and outreach recruiting programs and maintains contact with placement office, minority, and outreach organization representatives to enhance the recruiting efforts. Proactively sources qualified candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, industry contacts, manager and employee networks, and associations. Screen candidates resumes and job applications to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Collects feedback, and holds debrief meetings after the interviews have concluded. Provides input and guidance to managers in selecting finalist candidates ensuring a fair a transparent process. Makes recommendations on hiring salaries based on competencies, market and within company guidelines. Extends employment offers to successful candidates Ensures new hire paperwork is completed on time for necessary processing. Ensures all background, reference, FINRA, Independence, Non-compete, Pay-to-Play, outside activities and other corporate and regulatory clearances have been completed in accordance with MFS policies and procedures Performs other projects as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full-cycle recruitment experience . Understands and proactively supports Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action legislation and other legal aspects of interviewing and hiring. Ability to conduct effective interviewing techniques in order to analyze applicants qualifications in relation to job requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate credibly and effectively with applicants, outside agencies, and all levels of the organization. Ability to project a positive and professional image on behalf of the organization. Hands-on experience with recruiting software (ATS), HR databases as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). Workday experience would be preferred. Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize as necessary to meet the varied daily responsibilities in recruitment.
