Job Description

Talent Acquisition ConsultantTasks

  • Full cycle recruiting of mostly graduate candidates with focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK and Belux markets
  • University Recruiting - engaging with our university partners to build Replys brand as a premium graduate employer
  • Close collaboration with internal customers, specialist departments and hiring managers of the various Reply subsidiaries
  • Conducting face-to-face or virtual interviews
  • Organization of and participation in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events
  • You will be involved in global recruiting projects with a high degree of ownership
  • Reporting of recruiting KPIs

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or other relevant fields of study
  • At least initial work experience in internal or agency recruiting
  • You excel at actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
  • A sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, Trello, etc.)
  • You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results
  • Excellent communications skills in English - both written and verbal. French is considered an advantage.
